Scientists are looking into the popular supplement Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN), one method of NAD boosting which might help extend our lives. However, there is still limited clinical evidence on the benefits of NMN. To address this, a recent study examined the effects of NMN on markers of biological age and exercise performance through a controlled experiment. The study showed that NMN does indeed raise NAD levels. However, there was a lack of conclusive evidence regarding the longevity or performance benefits of NMN supplements.
