According to Dr. Farnesi, one of the things that isn’t talked about enough in the media is the fact that the more the virus spreads and replicates in people, the more it has a chance to mutate.  Mutations happen in the process of replication of genes. So, whether it’s vaccination, wearing a mask, good ventilation, avoiding crowded places, distancing – all measures help decrease the spread and therefore replication of the virus.
